Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 5 October 2026

Welcome to Stractiv8’s website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Stractiv8 (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2016/535370/07) is a communications agency based at Workshop 17 Firestation, 16 Baker Street, Rosebank, Johannesburg. This notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Our two roles:

  • Responsible party. For our own business (our staff, suppliers, client contacts, website visitors and newsletter subscribers), we decide how personal information is used, and this notice applies.
  • Operator. When we host or support a client’s website or systems, or run a webinar or event registration for a client, we process personal information on that client’s instructions. The client’s own privacy notice then applies, and we keep that information confidential and secure.
